2 steps up to the front door from the street.
7 stairs down to the bedroom from street level. Bathroom is almost on the same level as the bedroom but is 5 stairs up from the bedroom to a landing, with 2 small steps up into the bathroom.
TRANSPORT & LOCAL AREA
• Nearest tube: 9 minutes walk to Victoria (Victoria, Circle & District Lines) or Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly Line) 10 minutes walk
• 2 minutes walk to buses to Piccadilly, theatres, museums.
• Shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants with 3 minutes walk

NIGHTLY ROOM RATE: 2 guests £107.00 1 guest £71.00 (minimum stay 2 consecutive nights)
Price includes reservation fee/agency fee, tax(VAT) and breakfast
You may pay your reservation fee by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo), or sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank. You may also pay by bankers’ draft, adding the equivalent of £12.00 sterling for bank charges. The balance is paid in sterling cash to your hosts within 24 hours of your arrival.
